PETALING JAYA: Four people are believed to be buried following a landslide in Blue Valley, Cameron Highlands, early this morning.
Pahang fire and rescue department operations commander Ismail Abdul Ghani said personnel and machinery were dispatched from the Cameron Highlands fire and rescue station after receiving a report at 2.51am.
“One victim has been found while four others are believed to be still buried under the landslide,” he said in a statement.
He said that a search-and-rescue operation is under way led by the department’s special tactical operation and rescue team, and with tracker dogs.
