Apple iPhone 13

The latest iPhone from the house of Apple, iPhone 13 is a cut above the competition in all categories. iPhone users in the past have had very few complaints with iPhones to begin with. This year, Apple seems to have addressed these few issues too. The iPhone 13 features a larger battery than all its previous-generation counterparts. This means a longer run for your iPhone than ever before.

Then there are some obvious upgrades that show the super performance strength on the iPhone 13. The device packs Apple’s latest A15 Bionic processor. Apple says that it is 50 per cent faster than any competing chipset and promises a 30 per cent faster GPU performance.

Other notable features include a Super Retina XDR display, ceramic glass on the front and IP68 durability rating. iPhone 13 also features sensor-shift image stabilization, a camera technology only seen in iPhone 12 Pro Max until now. In addition, there is a new 12-megapixel custom-designed ultra-wide lens, leading Apple to call it the “most advanced dual-camera system” on an iPhone till now.

The iPhone 13 retails for a starting price of Rs 79,900 for the 128GB storage variant and is available in five colour options.

Apple iPhone 12

With the launch of the iPhone 13, the iPhone 12 has now received a price cut in India, making it our next top pick for this list. The device is backed by a A14 Bionic chip that fared as the top processor last year. The camera capabilities are of course, among the strongest available in the market and it also comes with Apple’s Super Retina XDR display.

A big plus for the iPhone 12 is the rollout of the iOS 15 on the smartphone. The new version of Apple’s much-loved operating system brings new features to iPhone 12 that were never seen before, like Spatial Audio, cross-app drag and drop and much more.

iPhone 12 now starts retailing for Rs 65,900 for the base, 64GB storage option and is available in six colour choices.

OnePlus 9 Pro

The best yet from the house of OnePlus is bound to get a spot on this list. The OnePlus 9 Pro has everything you could ask for in a premium Android smartphone – a large QHD+ AMOLED display, top-of-the-line Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor, up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage as well as a bumper 4500mAh battery with Warp Charge 65T to back all of this.

The cameras on the OnePlus 9 Pro are also in a league of their own. Thanks to a partnership with Hasselblad, OnePlus was able to equip a very powerful quad-camera lens on the device that clicks detailed pictures with accurate colours and has a ton of features to choose from. The selfie shooter is equally impressive.

The OnePlus 9 Pro is available in three colours for a starting price of Rs 60,999 for the base variant that comes with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage.

Vivo X70 Pro

Vivo came out with its X70 series last month that featured a total of three smartphones with the best of technologies that the company has to offer. The highlights include ZEISS optics, AMOLED displays and the top MediaTek processor.

Vivo X70 is the base variant in the series and comes with a Full-HD+ AMOLED display. It is backed by a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 processor and runs Funtouch OS 12 based on Android 11. There is a massive 4450mAh battery with 44W FlashCharge fast charging to power the device.

For cameras, the X70 Pro features a quad camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary sensor alongside two 12-megapixel sensors and an 8-megapixel. At the front, there’s a 32-megapixel sensor. As can be judged from these numbers, the Vivo X70 is a very capable device when it comes to photography.

Vivo X70 Pro is available for purchase at a starting price of Rs 46,990 for the base variant (8GB + 128GB), in two colour options.

Mi 11X Pro

Xiaomi put a strong foot forward in the premium category with the launch of the Mi 11X Pro in April this year. The device features a large 6.67-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED screen and a bold design that distinguishes itself from most offerings in its category.

Mi 11X Pro comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset, up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. It equips a 108-megapixel quad camera setup and a 20-megapixel selfie shooter. There is a 4,250mAh battery supporting the device that features 33W fast-charging.
