‘Two months ago I gave my life to God. The journey since then has been wild to say the least, but I wouldn’t have it any other way,’ Rice began her heartfelt post.
The champion swimmer described the period leading up to her conversion as the lowest point in her life.

‘Those few weeks before turning to God were my lowest yet. I can’t tell you how broken I was,’ Rice admitted.
She spoke candidly about the challenges of dealing with back-to-back media engagements and breaking down in tears during brief moments of solitude.

‘Giving my life to God, following his call to move my life to Dubai, meeting you on my first week at church in Brisbane and spending our first Christmas together in New York.
‘I can’t tell you how long I’ve waited for this. You just have to keep faith in his plan and in his timing.
‘God is so so good and I can’t wait to see what he has in store for 2024.’
