Best Disney Dreamlight Valley Recipes That Restore A Lot Of Energy
In Disney Dreamlight Valley, players can craft a multitude of recipes that help restore the player character’s energy. These range from small appetizers like crackers to five-star meals such as Remy’s iconic ratatouille. Of course, some are more beneficial than others. Recipes that utilize more high-cost ingredients restore more than a simple veggie platter, for example. This raises the question of which recipes in Disney Dreamlight Valley restore the most energy, and which ingredients players will need to stockpile in order to make them.
Although the full game has yet to launch, and no release date has yet been revealed, players can join Disney Dreamlight Valley’s early access as of September 2022. There are only 17 characters to befriend, but each has multiple different quests to progress through and buildings to improve and upgrade. That, on top of all the furniture and clothing that can be unlocked, should leave players with plenty to do on top of Dreamlight Valley’s typical life sim gameplay elements. Farming, mining, fishing, and cooking are just a few of the activities that can be experienced just about endlessly.
Most tasks in the game take up energy, however. The player character has a finite amount, though the maximum amount of energy expands with each level-up. The energy bar can be refilled by returning home or eating food, and thankfully the entire recipe list in Disney Dreamlight Valley is expansive enough to provide players with plenty of options for the latter. These recipes actually have a variety of uses. They can be sold for in-game currency known as star coins or gifted to friends to raise their friendship level. For Dreamlight Valley players who make the majority of their profits through farming or mining, though, food is definitely best used for the purpose of energy restoration.
Disney Dreamlight Valley Recipes That Restore The Most Energy
Recipes in Disney Dreamlight Valley are rated by stars, and the stars correlate to how many ingredients are used when creating them. Crackers, which use only wheat, are a one-star recipe. Banana splits, on the other hand, are worth five stars. Learning how to make ratatouille in Disney Dreamlight Valley is beneficial because of its relatively low-cost production despite being a five-star recipe. However, it doesn’t restore as much energy as any of these recipes:
|Poached Basil-Butter Sturgeon||4961|
|Pan-Fried Angler Fish||4194|
|Smoked Peanuts and Anglerfish||3960|
|Lemon Garlic Swordfish||3713|
|Walleye en Papillote||3707|
Though there are dozens more recipes that restore more than 1000 or even 2000 energy, these are the stand-outs from the well over 150 recipes offered in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Only two of them – the lobster roll and lancetfish paella – are 5-star recipes, as well, making them relatively easy to make. All of them do require quite a bit of fishing, however, so players will have to get a fishing rod in Disney Dreamlight Valley pretty quickly if they want to get cooking. The tool is well worth finding, though, especially as it provides yet another form of gameplay to help pass the time and earn profits in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
