Betty’s Burgers to open third location at Westfield Whitfords, launches limited-time lobster roll, prosecco

A much-loved Perth burger joint will be opening its third location and is celebrating with a decadent, limited-edition lobster roll and its very own Margaret River-made prosecco.

Betty’s Burger will throw open the doors to its Westfield Whitfords venue on Wednesday and is inviting foodies to dig into their boujee seafood option.

The lobster roll — which retails for $19 — will be filled with lobster meat, green onions, chive mayo and lettuce and served in a warm buttered bun.

The delicious burger will be served at all three of Betty Burgers’ WA locations — including Scarborugh and Forrest Chase — until sold out.

To add to the excitement, Betty’s Bubbles will also be launched — an exclusive prosecco made in collaboration with Margaret River’s Small Things Wine. Customers can sip the luxe beverage for $12 a pop.

Burger lovers will also be able to enjoy a sweet deal at the grand opening on Saturday, with the Bestie Bundle offering a Betty’s classic, soft drink and an iconic Betty’s Burgers cap for just $10.

On October 27, the retro beach-inspired burger chain — which opened its first diner in Noosa on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast nine years ago— hosted a “dive-in” pop-up beach cinema on Scarborough Beach to celebrate the opening of its second WA outlet.

The company now employs more than 100 West Aussies and is looking to expand further after a big demand for its burgers.
