Wilwood Engineering • 805-388-1188 • wilwood.com • $1,534 MSRP/Starting
These new front-brake upgrade kits, for 1969-’89 Porsche 911s, are modeled after the 1974 RS or 911 Turbo brakes but updated using advanced design techniques and modern materials. The kits use bolt-on, street- and track-tested Superlite front calipers—with brackets available for either 3-inch or 3.5-inch strut mounts—designed to work with OEM master cylinders and rear brakes for proper front-to-rear brake bias. The 310-mm x 28-mm rotors are available with either undrilled or drilled-and-slotted faces. The standard pads are high-performance, street BP-10-type but many other friction compounds are available.
