Charlie Hunnam reunites with Sons of Anarchy co-star Katey Sagal as they join the picket line at Fox Studios in Los Angeles amid SAG-AFTRA strike

Charlie Hunnam and his Sons of Anarchy co-star Katey Sagal enjoyed a reunion as they joined the picket line at Fox Studios in Los Angeles on Monday.

Hunnam, 43, and Sagal, 69 — who starred as Jackson ‘Jax’ Teller and his protective mother Gemma Teller Morrow in the crime drama series — got together in support of the SAG-AFTRA strike, which has been going on for over two months now.

The actor opted for a casual cool for the strike, sporting a white t-shirt, a black baseball hat, and classic converse sneakers.

The English entertainer — who was spotted chopping up a fallen tree earlier this year — wore a pair of shades and rocked a short beard.

Meanwhile Katey stayed comfortable in a long-sleeve black top and light wash jeans.

For a good cause: Hunnam, 43, and Sagal, 69, got together in support of the SAG-AFTRA strike, which has been going on for over two months now

The actress, who’s also known for her role as Peggy Bundy on Married… with Children, completed the look with beige sandals, a crossbody purse and a black hat.

She accessorized with small gold hoops and a pair of shades.

Hollywood actors and writers are currently united in their first ‘double strike’ in more than 60 years vowing they will protect every worker in the industry from being replaced by AI, among other concerns.

The Writers Guild of America began striking in May, followed by SAG-AFTRA, the union representing actors, on July 14.

The industrial action has threatened to decimate the entertainment industry as production of major films and television shows grinded to a halt.

Despite the ongoing strike, Hunnam and Sagal appeared in good spirits as they hit the pavement together, with Charlie holding a picket sign.

The dynamic duo were seen chatting it up and at one point Charlie showed his former co-star something of interest on his cellphone.

Hunnam shot to stardom with his leading man role in the Netflix series Sons Of Anarchy, which ran for seven seasons from 2008 to 2014.

The show followed a close-knit outlaw motorcycle club led by Jax (Hunnam), and later had a spin-off titled Mayans M.C.

Last year the actor teased the potential that he might be putting his motorcycle jacket back on, but for a different project.

‘There’s something in that universe that doesn’t involve Jax Teller, but does involve me that we’re sort of cooking up,’ he said at the Liverpool Comic Con.

‘But right now, it’s like we’re at the stage where the ingredients are just being measured out, they’re not even being mixed out in the bowl yet, and they’re definitely not in the oven.’

Hunnam also mentioned he could ‘possibly’ appear in a follow-up series in October while speaking to Access Hollywood.

‘I have an idea that I’m exploring in its infancy where that could be a possibility,’ he said.

‘It would be something that I would be incredibly excited about, so we’re sort of, like I said, in the infancy of exploring the viability of the idea.’
