A man who was allegedly punched outside a Queensland pub has died.

Lincoln Hoad, 32, was allegedly attacked outside a pub in Dalby, 208km west of Brisbane, at 1.15am on Saturday.

He was left with critical injuries and rushed to Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane before he died on Monday.
