Glowscreen broad-spectrum sunscreen SPF 40 PA+++.

In 2007, Supergoop! launched its first sunscreen without controversial oxybenzone.

Retailed at Sephora stores, its product range has expanded to include skincare and make-up that can be layered to maintain sun protection throughout the day.

The best-selling Glowscreen SPF 40 PA+++ is now available in Dawn with a pink-pearl glow while the original Sunrise shade gives skin a Champagne-coloured glow.

Glowscreen is formulated with skincare ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, niacinamide and vitamin B5 as well as sea lavender and cocoa seed extracts.

It can be worn on its own or applied as a primer before make-up while shielding the skin from UV rays, infrared radiation and blue light emitted from electronic devices such as smartphones or computers.

Other items for radiant skin include (Glow)setting 100% Mineral Powder SPF 35 PA+++ and Glow Stick SPF 50, which is a dry oil stick used as a highlighter on cheeks, décolletage and shoulders.

Those who prefer a natural rather than a dewy finish can opt for Unseen Sunscreen SPF 40 PA+++ instead.

Both Glowscreen and Unseen Sunscreen are formulated based on Supergoop!’s clean chemical concept and without ingredients on the “No List”.

Mineral Mattescreen SPF40 PA+++ and Mineral Sheerscreen SPF30 PA+++ can also be used as a primer respectively for shine-control and a natural finish.

Mineral Sheerscreen is an example of how Supergoop! has become an authority in sunscreens through innovation. Its SheerMatrix Technology suspends the mineral sunscreen actives in a matrix while squalane and aloe leaf juice moisturise the skin.

Supergoop! was founded by Texan teacher Holly Thaggard, whose close friend was diagnosed with skin cancer.

Its mission is to educate people to protect their skin from UV rays as well as giving them feel-good formulas to help prevent accumulative sun damage and skin cancer.

The different formulas are formulated for the face and body; skin types and tones; as well as routines so that everyone, including kids, can wear sunscreen daily.

The Supergoop! Play is a range of water- and sweat-resistant sunscreen for outdoor sports and activities while make-up products even include eyeshadow and lipsticks with sun protection.

The American brand has also made reapplying sunscreen easy with its SPF resetting refreshing mist and powders. (Glow)setting and (Re)setting Powder are both mineral sunscreen for a luminous or matte finish. Reapplying the powder throughout the day reinforces UV protection of SPF35.
