‘I think we’re nuts’: Ross Greenwood on Australia demonising nuclear energy

Sky News Business Editor Ross Greenwood thinks Australia is “nuts” because the country demonises nuclear when they “already have a nuclear industry”.

The poll revealed that 55 per cent of all voters supported the move, while only around 31 per cent were against it.

“I just sit there and think we’re nuts,” Mr Greenwood told Sky News Australia host Steve Price.

“The fact of the matter is we already have a nuclear industry here in Australia.

“And yet we somehow demonise it and say we don’t want it anymore.

“It is absolutely crazy to think that way.”
