‘Tabhi to sab Modi ko chunte hai’: BJP launches campaign song for Lok Sabha polls

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Thursday launched its official campaign song for the upcoming 2024 Lok Sabha elections.

“Sapne Nahi Haqeeqat Bunte Hai, Tabhi Toh Sab Modi Ko Chunte Hain (Not dreams, but (we) weave reality, That’s why everyone chooses Modi)” – the lyrics of the campaign song released by BJP president JP Nadda says.

The lyrics of the campaign song says that India was in a “deplorable situation” for years and progress was slow. Then the country chose NaMo – Narendra Modi.

It further says that NaMo kept his promise and the dream of a developed country did not just remain a dream.

NaMo chose the right path and weaved not dreams but reality and that is why everyone chooses Modi, it says.

“He considers Bharat his mother and the countrymen as ‘Vidhata’ (God). He chooses work before name (credit). That’s why everyone listens to him. Indian women emerged as leaders while corrupt people are scared…he remained close to the grounds but reached the sky” — the campaign song says.

The theme song was released a day before Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s official launch of BJP’s campaign for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections with a rally in Uttar Pradesh’s Bulandshahr.

The rally in Bulandshahr will kick off the election campaign for the 2024 Lok Sabha polls, following the Ram Lalla Pran Pratishtha Samaroh in Ayodhya on Monday.

Party workers and BJP leaders are actively involved in the preparations, anticipating a significant turnout in the western Uttar Pradesh city.

Notably, the BJP holds eight out of 14 seats in western Uttar Pradesh, with defeats in six constituencies in 2019. The PM is reportedly preparing to turn the tide in these seats in the 2024 elections. PM Modi is set to commence the election campaign from Bulandshahr, aiming to connect with voters and supporters in previously contested areas, sharing the mantra for victory.
