Kyle Richards revealed she wants more effort from estranged husband Mauricio Umansky in order for their marriage to continue in an emotional new teaser for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
The star, 51, who has denied rumors she is in a lesbian romance with Morgan Wade, 29, opened up about her separation from Umansky after 27 years of marriage.
She tearfully said: ‘If there’s no effort, we’re not going to end up together.’
Discussing Umansky’s dedication to his huge real estate company, she said to Dorit Kemsley: ‘He has to say yes to more things because the Agency is expanding so much.
‘So I’m like, if we’re having an issue why can’t you give that energy that you give to the company?’

The pair split in July 2023. The demise of their marriage played out on the 13th season of The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills.
The two share three daughters Alexia, 27, Sophia, 24, and also Portia 15. Kyle is also mother to Farrah, 35, whom she welcomed with ex, Guraish Aldjufrie.
While talking to E! News earlier this month discussed the relationship with her estranged husband, telling the outlet, ‘Right now, we are just taking it a day at a time. We still live in the same house and we get along.’
‘Our girls never grew up with fighting in the house, it’s still like that. You know, we just don’t argue. So, it’s just trying to work through things and take it slowly.’
In regards to opening up about her life on the Bravo series – including her marital woes – she added, ‘I was honest from right out of the gate, the first scene we shot all together, I said, “My husband and I are having a hard time.”‘
‘And that was very hard for me to share on camera because I was processing that myself.’
Richards continued, ‘We had not even shared that with our daughters yet. So I was like, “You don’t get everything before our children.”‘
Richards has been linked to Wade since the split. In August, the singer–songwriter insisted that ‘we’re friends’ in an interview with People.

Richards has been linked to Morgan Wade since the split – but has denied a romance
Kyle was asked by TMZ during an outing whether she would be willing to open up about romance ‘rumors’ with Wade, as well as her split from Umansky.
‘I’m prepared to answer whatever I’m asked,’ she responded while strolling through a crowded parking lot.
During a recent interview on Sirius XM’s Jeff Lewis Live, and expressed that Morgan was one of the individuals she has ‘leaned on.’
‘She is a group of friends that I lean on,’ she said. ‘She’s part of a group of friends that I… there’s those friends that are the first text messages of the day, you know immediately?
‘You know there’s tiers of friendships, and you may love all of these friends, but there are different tiers. My first text messages of the day are four different people,’ Richards continued.
Earlier this month, the TV personality enjoyed a tropical getaway to celebrate her 55th birthday and was joined by a group of her close friends, including Morgan.
Following the vacation, Kyle was recently spotted grabbing a bite to eat with the country music star in West Hollywood.
