The Iranian regime is “getting away with murder” as it seizes on the “weakness” of the Biden administration, according to Sky News host Rita Panahi.
Three US troops were killed and dozens were injured last week after Iranian-backed militants launched a drone strike in Jordan.
US President Joe Biden launched counterattacks on Friday, targeting 85 command and control centres, as well as rocket missile storage facilities.
Ms Panahi said the Iranian regime was “isolated” under former president Donald Trump.
“Now it has been emboldened, it knows Biden is desperate to complete this nuclear deal,” she said.
“It is well advanced with its strategy in that area and this is a regime that cannot be trusted.
“You only have to look at how the Iranian regime treats its own people and the lies it tells to not trust anything it tells you in negotiating a nuclear deal, in negotiating anything.”
