Obesity is becoming more common especially because of lifestyle issues. Too little physical activity and too many calories from food and drinks are the main contributors to childhood and adult obesity. Other causes are, aging, women are more likely to be obese than men, emotional factor since for many, food is often a source of comfort or celebration, family history and culture since people learn to eat and cook the way in which they were brought up and often it’s not the healthiest way.
