Amakhosi want Mosimane to be the man to replace Johnson.

So, Mosimane is their top priority out of all the couches they are looking at.

CHIEFS WANT MOSIMANE TO REPLACE JOHNSON

The plan was to have Mosimane replace Johnson at the end of the current season.

“They have kept him (Mosimane) as the first priority to eventually take over the coaching reigns at Chiefs. Yes, these reports of him being wanted again in Saudi Arabia could be disturbing because they were looking forward to having him mainly at the end of the season,” the report read on SoccerLaduma.

However, Mosimane has recently been linked with a possible return to Saudi Arabia.

Al Abha are very interested in signing Jingles and talks are reportedly at an advanced stage.

SAUDI LINKS WON’T CHASE AMAKHOSI AWAY

Regardless of these links, Amakhosi still have Pitso Mosimane at the top of their list of candidates to replace Johnson.

“It’s true the club is looking at other coaches who could possibly take over from Cavin (Johnson) but coach Pitso (Mosimane) is on top of the list. It doesn’t really matter what’s going on somewhere else,” he added.
