Pitso Mosimane’s future back in the spotlight but will Chiefs act?
Pitso Mosimane‘s immediate future is back in the spotlight but the question is whether or not Kaizer Chiefs will act on it.

As things stand, Mosimane is without a club following his departure from United Arab Emirates (UAE) outfit Al-Wahda.
On the other hand, Chiefs are in the market for a permanent coach who can turn things around and make them more competitive again.
Now, former Chiefs and Orlando Pirates coach Augusto Palacios believes Mosimane can choose to go anywhere in the world.
However, he doesn’t think the former Mamelodi Sundowns mentor can opt to come back to the PSL simply because of his worth.

According to Palacios, no South African club can afford Mosimane, let alone his entire technical team.
And for that reason, Palacios doesn’t see Chiefs going for Mosimane as head coach but someone else.

PITSO MOSIMANE IN THE NEWS AGAIN BUT WHERE IS KAIZER CHIEFS?
“Pitso needs to wait for an offer. The offer can come from anywhere because of his existence,” Palacios said, as quoted by Goal.
“He has made a name for himself, but he has to be patient because I don’t think teams in South Africa can afford him.
“What you should know is that he had made sacrifices to be where he is. He is like Jose Mourinho, but his wife is his agent and she knows what she is doing. He has to wait for the right opportunity as he doesn’t come cheap.”
“He needs to be paid. He has a great value. He is not cheap. He needs to be paid the right amount. Pitso and Rhulani [Mokwena] have made a lot of sacrifices to achieve what they have achieved and they deserve what they are getting paid,” he continued.
PITSO MOSIMANE WILL EVENTUALLY GET THE RIGHT OFFER – PALACIOS
“And for Pitso, he has his own technical team which he trusts and works with. So he can coach anywhere. He did it at Sundowns. He did it in Egypt. Then he went to [Saudi] Arabia and UAE,” said Palacios.
“He has coached the national team Bafana Bafana as well. So he can coach anywhere but he has to be patient until the right offer comes through and it will come,” the Pirates legend concluded.
