Ireland will soon be gripped with rugby fever once again as the Six Nations 2024 is set to kick off in just over two weeks time.
Following on from their Grand Slam win last year, the Irish rugby team will be hoping to make the country proud as they battle to defend their title as Six Nations Champions.

Ireland will kick start the tournament with a match against France on Friday February 2, and every game will be live and free-to-air across RTÉ and Virgin Media Television.

The Irish team has not yet been revealed and Ireland head coach Andy Farrell is expected to announce his squad this week.

- Friday, February 2: Ireland v France – Stade Vélodrome, Marseille, 8pm
- Sunday, February 11: Ireland v Italy – Aviva Stadium, Dublin, 3pm
- Saturday, February 24: Ireland v Wales – Aviva Stadium, Dublin, 2.15pm
- Saturday, March 9: Ireland v England – Twickenham Stadium, England, 4.45pm
- Saturday, March 16: Ireland v Scotland – Aviva Stadium, Dublin, 4.45pm

Where to watch the matches?
Every game will be broadcast live on either RTÉ or Virgin Media Television, with all 15 Men’s Six Nations games to be aired through their joint coverage.
The Ireland v France game on Friday February 2, will be live on Virgin Media Television.

RTÉ’s Six Nations coverage will begin the on Saturday February 3, with Wales v Scotland live on RTÉ2 and RTÉ Player.
The Ireland v Wales match on Saturday February 24, and England v Ireland on Saturday March 9, will be live on RTÉ2 and RTÉ Player.

Ireland’s home tie with Italy on Sunday February 11, will be shown on Virgin Media Television as well as their final fixture against Scotland on Saturday March 16.
