Tata Group’s retail brand Zudio has entered into a lease agreement for a 22,000 square feet space at the Reach 3 Roads complex in Sector 70, SPR Road, Gurgaon, according to a statement from the company. This mixed-use commercial complex, developed by Reach Group, encompasses 2.5 acres and features Grade A construction with a variety of tenants including fashion, beauty, accessories, and decor outlet Misbu, which occupies 2,500 square feet.

Reach 3 Roads, described as an open-air neighborhood complex, houses a number of prominent brands such as Samsung, Imagine, Croma, ICICI, and Starbucks. It is situated in a key residential area, with proximity to several sectors, making it a strategically located hub for both customers and businesses looking to expand their presence.

The complex was chosen for its strategic location after a thorough analysis and research, aiming to provide an iconic retail experience. It offers a range of services including salons, play areas, pharmacies, and hypermarkets, catering to a wide array of customer needs.
