Celebrate luck, deep dive into arts and culture, find rhythm, and many more as Araneta City celebrate this Year of the Wooden Dragon their events and activities from February 9 to February 11.
All Araneta City malls—New Gateway Mall 2, Gateway Mall 1, Ali Mall, and Farmers Plaza—are set to be filled with festivities, starting with the Chinese Horoscope exhibit until February 17. The immersive installations delve into the horoscope for each Chinese animal sign, providing insights into what 2024 brings in terms of love and luck.

Get mesmerized by the Chinese Dragon and enter the realm of the celestials to know the fortunes of each Chinese Zodiac this year when entering the Chinese Dragon Tunnel located at UGB, Quantum Skyview in New Gateway Mall 2.
Meanwhile, Araneta City in partnership with the Confucius Institute at the Ateneo De Manila University gives a free Chinese painting workshop dubbed “Brushstrokes of Prosperity” to celebrate the exquisite artistry of Asian strokes. This will be at Gateway Gallery small room, Level 5 Gateway Tower Mall on February 10 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

There will also be Ballet classes with Dance Plus Philippines at the Gen. MacArthur Activity Area, Ground Floor, Ali Mall at 2 p.m.
One can also know their fortunes through the enigmatic card readings of Feng-Shui experts and Chinese fortunetellers, in all Araneta City Malls – Gateway Mall 1 and 2, Ali Mall and Farmers Plaza on February 10 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Also on February 10, get serenaded by the music of the country’s rising saxophonist, Cyndi Datu in Gateway Mall 1, Activity Area 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. This will be followed by rising vocalists of the Philippine Chung Hua School as they light up the Chinese New Year festivities in Araneta City, 4:20 p.m. at UGB, Quantum Skyview, New Gateway Mall 2.

The same day, spotlights are on for the Imperial Pets to strut on the runway in their royal garbs, Chinese outfits, and oriental couture at 3 p.m. in Ali Mall Activity Area.
