© Provided by Free Malaysia Today Mangsa berusia 26 tahun kini berada di Unit Rawatan Rapi (ICU) Hospital Raja Perempuan Zainab II (HRPZ II), Kota Bharu, Kelantan.

PETALING JAYA: Seorang wanita hampir putus kedua-dua tangannya, selain retak tempurung kepala dan luka di beberapa bahagian badan selepas ditikam suami dalam kejadian di Chabang Empat, Tumpat, Kelantan, kelmarin.

Mangsa berusia 26 tahun menjalani pembedahan hampir lapan jam malam tadi dan kini berada Unit Rawatan Rapi (ICU) Hospital Raja Perempuan Zainab II (HRPZ II), Kota Bharu.

Kakak mangsa yang enggan dikenali berkata, ketika ditanya kepada adiknya semasa menerima rawatan kecemasan di hospital petang kelmarin, mangsa memberitahu dia dan suami tidak bergaduh.

“Sebaliknya mereka berdua yang baru berkahwin Februari lalu memang berdepan masalah rumah tangga. Kedua-duanya menetap di Kampung Morak.

“Pada kejadian petang kelmarin, saya tiada di rumah. Adik ada di biliknya sebelum lelaki itu menerjah bilik dan mereka terus bergelut.

“Tiba-tiba, adik diheret ke luar bilik terus ke dapur sebelum kepalanya dihentak ke simen serta ditikam dengan pisau sehingga rebah,” katanya menurut laporan Harian Metro.

Wanita berusia 34 tahun itu berkata, ibunya yang cuba menghalang turut mengalami luka di kepala sepanjang 4cm dan menerima rawatan sebagai pesakit luar.

Katanya, mangsa ada memberitahu ingin berpisah dengan suaminya dan sebelum ini juga, dia pernah menerima ugutan akan ditikam ketika berselisih faham.

“Kami tidak sangka masalah mereka akan berakhir dengan tragedi. Emak yang sebelum ini menyara keluarga dengan menjual kuih sudah tidak mampu bekerja disebabkan kejadian itu selain trauma.

“Apa yang kami harapkan adalah pembelaan buat adik kerana dia mungkin akan mengalami kecacatan kekal kerana dua belah tangannya hampir putus dalam kejadian itu dan doktor sedang cuba yang terbaik,” katanya.

Dalam kejadian jam 6.35 petang kelmarin, lelaki berusia 27 tahun itu menikam isteri dan ibu mentuanya dipercayai akibat perselisihan faham.

Lelaki terbabit ditahan polis di Lembah Sireh, Kota Bharu, pagi semalam, dan semakan mendapati suspek memiliki empat rekod lampau.

Suspek ditahan direman hingga 25 Jun ini.
