BEL Dividend 2024 Date: Bharat Electronics Limited or BEL is all set to reward its investors by paying dividend once again. BEL is a PSU defence stock under Rs 300. BEL dividend announcement date has been released by the company.

According to an exchange filing by Bharat Electronics, the board is slated to meet later this month consider a proposal for dividend payment to shareholders. If announced, this would be the final dividend by Bharat Election for the financial year 2023-24.

"A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, the 20th May, 2024 to consider and approve, inter alia, Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2024 and also to consider recommendation of final Dividend for the financial year 2023-24, if any," according to a company statement.
BEL Share Price Target 2024
Ahead of the dividend announcement, brokerage firm Nomura has initiated BUY coverage on BEL shares. It said that BEL's increased visibility on order inflows gives a conviction on margin delivery and expansion in return ratios.
Nomura has set a price target of Rs 300 for BEL shares. The stock's premium valuations are likely to be sustained.

According to BSE website, BEL had in February 2024 paid a dividend of Rs 0.70 on each stock to its investors. In February as well, the firm distributed Rs 0.70 as a dividend on each stock to its investors.
In 2023, Bharat Electronics paid dividend thrice to its investors -- Rs 0.60 in August, March and February each. In 2022, BEL had distributed bonus shares in the ratio of 2:1 (two for one). Besides, the state-run company paid Rs 1.50 as dividend on three occasions in August, March and February each. Back in 2021, Bharat Electronics rewarded its investors by paying Rs 4 as dividend.
