Jason Whitlock claimed that Angel Reese is delusional and has a victim mentality after her remarks about losing to Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever on Sunday.

Reese would go down 0-2 against her college rival in the WNBA after Indiana bested Chicago, 91-83, in a rematch of their June 1 contest, which the Fever won 71-70.

Postgame, the former LSU star claimed that the officiating worked against the Sky and suggested referees have a 'special whistle' that favors the opposition.

'The 'special whistle' isn’t what’s interesting,' Whitlock said about Reese's comments. 'This is: 'We’re not going to be denied no matter what you guys try to do.'

'She thinks the media is against her. Delusional. Always a victim,' he added.

While Chicago played a close first half against the Fever, the latter half saw them fall apart in their second loss to Clark and Co. Although the game stayed within reach for the most part, the Fever sealed the win late in the contest.

Reese and Clark's first WNBA showdown was showered with controversy after Chicago's Chennedy Carter bodychecked the No. 1 overall pick after appearing to mouth 'you b****.'

A clip also emerged of Reese cheering after her teammate's hard foul on Clark.

Much of their second game in the pros revolved around Reese's flagrant 1, hitting Clark in the head as she tried to get a layup in the third quarter.

'I think we were playing really hard,' Reese said. 'I think we went up really strong a lot of times, and we didn't get a lot of calls.'

'And going back and looking at the film, I've seen a lot of calls that weren't made,' she continued. 'I guess some people got a special whistle.'

Nevertheless, the Fever got their fifth win of the season, with Clark flirting with a triple-double performance. The former Iowa sensation had 23 points, nine assists, and eight rebounds.

Despite the loss, Reese also put up good numbers with 11 points and 13 rebounds in 31 minutes. No. 3 draft pick Kamilla Cardoso also put up a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds.

Chicago has lost their last four games and holds a 4-9 record. On the other hand, Indiana won consecutive games for the first time this season and moved to 5-10.

The Sky and Fever will meet again for the final time in the regular season on August 30.
