DOHA: The Department of Meteorology has forecasted hot weather on Monday, with a mixture of hazy conditions and some cloud cover.
According to the daily weather report, the inshore weather until 6pm is expected to start off hazy in certain areas, gradually turning into a moderate and relatively hot daytime temperature.
Offshore conditions will also experience periods of haziness along with scattered clouds. The wind pattern inshore is predicted to be southeasterly to southwesterly, ranging from 3 to 13 knots, while offshore winds will be southwesterly to southeasterly, blowing between 5 to 15 knots.
Visibility levels are estimated to be between 5 to 9 kilometers both inshore and offshore. In terms of sea state, inshore waters are expected to have waves ranging from 1 to 3 feet, while offshore areas may experience slightly higher waves, measuring between 2 to 4 feet.
Residents and individuals planning outdoor activities are advised to take necessary precautions and stay hydrated due to the anticipated rise in temperatures. The Department of Meteorology recommends staying updated on weather conditions and adhering to any safety guidelines issued during the day.
