Well, Singapore plays a very strategic part to building this yachting tourism and the yachting, the Marina tourism aspect. So we’re taking leadership to start here 1st. And we have been very successful in terms of a lot of feedback that Singapore is doing very well on this. And I hope to expand it to the other regional areas like Malaysia, Indonesia eventually. But we will achieve them to create the content and the procedures how to operate safely and securely in their market. Now Asia does have one accolade. It’s said to be the largest area for yacht sales growth that is, but the charter market, very hot. Now today I want to ask you what you’ve seen in the chartering market over the last 12 months. OK, the charter market is actually a very good start. For people who are not too sure they want to acquire an own an ownership of a yacht. So we introduce a lot of charter boat for them to experience initially going out with a family where they do it for corporate and networking. So it has been very successful and we’re taking confidence that this thing will fly much more higher level eventually. You know and I mentioned here the Galileo which can you can chart it for a week or so, but I understand that’s not the way that a lot of Asian. Enthusiasts are chartering boats these days. Can you talk about what the average duration is for a boat charter here? OK, right now Monica, the chartering boat for a week. Format is not really forthcoming yet, but we’re very lucky. We have a lot of work called High Net Worth. Individual family Office is rising in Singapore, so we are introducing to them renting this high big boat mega yacht. It will eventually come, but you can see that they are absorbing and they are trying to. Negotiate. For better deals and all that. So we’re just embryonic doing this, but I’m very positive that it will, it will become a successful model. Sure, I understand. So a little bit of try it before you buy it, but you know you’ve been involved with this Marina since 2007. I’ve heard people talk about at the conference earlier this week, it was just a patch of sand before you developed the Marina, but you’ve also got holdings in Thailand, even as far away as New York City. What are the plans to expand, you know, a network of marinas in Asia or even beyond? We the one degree 15 brand that I’ve started it, I want to bring it more overseas and so to create the visibility of Asian brand that we create different ways of promoting yachting industry in this region, very different from Europe, very different from Australia and America and that’s the most exciting part. We are different, we are unique. So I think that’s what the world needs to understand the Asian ways of indulging in all these merit and yachting tourism.
