A blanket of snow has covered Great Yarmouth for the second time in less than a week
Great Yarmouth’s iconic seafront was turned white for the second time in four days as plunging temperatures brought a flurry of snow.
The Met Office had warned of snow and ice in Norfolk due to arctic winds.
On Monday, the town’s famous golden mile was blanketed in snow at the starts of this week’s sub-zero temperatures.
Sub freezing temperatures are expected until Friday but there were no further forecasts for snow.
Nearby Caister-on-Sea, a few miles up the Norfolk coastline, was blessed with a similar dusting.
The town’s sandy beaches were hidden from view as it was transformed into a winter wonderland
Ominous grey clouds lingered over the town rollercoaster
