Eating eggs everyday is healthy. The combination of protein and fats, along with slowly digesting carbs, vitamin B12, help to provide steady supply of energy over several hours. Eggs contain high amounts of vitamins A, D, and E, all of which are vital for immune system to function. Eggs are also high in selenium a powerful antioxidant acts as a powerful immune booster. Vitamin B12 in eggs is responsible for improving mental and cognitive health. Omega fatty acids in eggs not only reduce the risk of heart diseases but also reduce inflammation in the body, where as unchecked inflammation may lead to heart disease, arthritis, cancer and even Alzheimer’s.

Eating and egg daily is very health option. Eggs contain lots of protein and vitamins like B complex vit, A, D, E, and K. Minerals like calcium, zinc and selenium are also present in egg. The yolk in high in cholesterol, hence one can avoid having yolk and eat egg whites daily. How ever the cholesterol in the yolk may not adversely effect the blood cholesterol. One can have 1 whole egg or 2 egg whites on daily basis. Eggs are high quality protein as they have all the essential amino acids present in it.

Eggs are the most nutritious foods and can contain important brain nutrients and powerful antioxidants that protect the eyes. The science is clear that up to 3 whole eggs per day are perfectly safe for healthy people. Eggs consistently raise HDL(good) cholesterol. Liver produce large amounts of cholesterol. When you eat cholesterol rich foods such as eggs, the liver compensates by producing less.
