NFL Draft Results: All the picks from the first round

One of the best days on the sports calendar is finally upon us — the first day of the NFL Draft.

It projects to be a loaded class, rife with quarterbacks and offensive skill position studs, so any team hoping to become more explosive on that end could have a big night ahead.
