Sainsbury's TU launches 50% off spring sale on clothing

The time for spring sales has arrived and a plethora of retailers are beginning to launch their seasonal sales. Sainsbury’s TU has just announced its bumper reductions, and there are lots of womens’ clothing included.

The sale is largely on winter clothing but some of the items can still be worn in the chilly spring climes. For instance, this long-sleeved, floaty floral dress can be worn in April and May with boots or trainers.

If your size isn’t available this khaki dress is similar in style, but does not have a print. The wrap dress has a flattering buckle to cinch you in at the waist. Get it for £12.50, down from £25.

This lavender maxi dress is also really pretty. It has buttons all the way down and a tie at the waist. You can get it now for £29.70, reduced from £49.50.

Over in the jumper section this slightly off the shoulder cobalt blue slim fit jumper is perfect for spring – pair it with jeans and skirts. It’s now £13, down from £26.

This monochrome funnel neck jumper is also now £13, down from £26. The model pairs it with a denim midi skirt for an on-trend look.

Elsewhere, New Look has kicked off its massive spring sale with up to 70% off lots of clothing. Shoppers can find plenty of reductions on women’s clothing, with spring dresses, jumpers and much more on offer.

Matalan has a sale on luggage with up to 10% off selected lines and suitcases. Standout items include savings on the IT wave suitcase line, which comes in black, pink and silver colours. You can get a cabin bag for £51.30, down from £57, a medium size case for £58.50 down from £65, and a large suitcase for £72, sown from £80. The cases are hardshell.

If you would rather have a softshell suitcase then the IT Enliven range is also on sale. It comes in two colours – burgundy and black. The cabin and large sizes are already out of stock but you can still buy the medium size, now £54, was £60.
