Shark Tank India 3: Aman Gupta taunts jewellery brand founder for choosing Anupam Mittal-Vineeta Singh over him; says, “Good products, bad sharks”
The latest episode of Shark Tank India had one exciting pitch and one match off that happened between two business. The first one was founded by Diksha and it was a jewellery brand. Diksha explained how she makes funky jewelleries for her company and is willing to expand her business in the coming years. She showed her quirky and cute earrings, necklaces and more to the sharks. She further revealed that her ask is of 48 lakhs for 6% equity of the company.
Vineeta Singh, Namita Thapar and others got excited on hearing the same and requested Diksha to show them their products. Diksha showed the sharks her products and asked them to try it. Vineeta and Namita tried the earrings and praised the founder for her amazing business idea. As the episode went ahead, Anupam, Aman and others asked Diksha about the target market, market size, and more.
Diksha explained them everything and requested the sharks to invest in her business. Vineeta showed her interest in the company and mentioned that she can offer 48 lakhs for 8% equity in the company. Anupam requested Vineeta to join hands with her and they can together go for 48 lakhs for 8% equity in the company.
Later, Ritesh mentioned that he doesn’t want to negotiate and is okay offering her 48 lakhs for 6% equity which was eventually her ask. Aman then offered 48 lakhs for 8% equity in the company. After a brief discussion, Ritesh and Aman came together and offered 48 lakhs for 8% equity in the company.
Later, Vineeta gave a counter offer, and said that she and Anupam can give her 60 lakhs for 7.5% equity in the company which is very close to Aman and Ritesh’s offer. Diksha chose the former and went ahead with Anupama and Vineeta offer.

Anupama, then expressed his disappointment and joked, “good product, bad sharks.” However, Diksha defended the sharks and said that she has got amazing sharks.
