Albanese government ‘losing on every single issue’: Michael Kroger

Former Victorian Liberal president Michael Kroger says the Albanese government is “losing on every issue” as the latest Newspoll shows Labor’s primary vote has fallen four points to 31 per cent.

According to the latest Newspoll, Labor’s primary vote has fallen four points to 31 per cent, whereas the Coalition’s vote has risen one point to 38 per cent.

Since the Voice to Parliament referendum in October, Labor’s primary has fallen from 36 per cent and their two-party preferred from 54 per cent.

Labor has fallen two per cent in the two-party preferred, levelling them with the Coalition at 50-50.

“The government’s losing on every issue: the disastrous Voice, which … still has two planks of it still to go; immigration levels out of control, interest rates out of control, cost of living out of control,” Mr Kroger told Sky News Australia.

Albanese government ‘losing on every single issue’: Michael Kroger

“Too many trips people think he’s taken overseas, boat arrivals, criminals being let out of jail, Bowen running into a fog on energy.

“They’re losing on every single issue.

“This bloke only needs to lose 12 for Dutton to have a majority in the Reps.

“I’ve got six seats where Albanese can’t win, and he’s in trouble in 14 or 15 others.”
