The cash was found by police in a search of an address
A car spotted running a set of traffic lights led police to uncover drugs and £200,000 in cash.
Officers stopped the car on Acanthus Road in Old Swan, Liverpool, on Thursday after witnessing the erratic driving.
They found cannabis and cash in the car before cocaine, more cannabis and about £200,000 were found during a further search of an address in Huyton, Knowsley.
A 33-year-old man from Huyton was arrested on suspicion of drugs offences, possession of criminal property and possession of cocaine.
Merseyside Police is urging anyone with any information to come forward.
