Duursma weighs in on draw debacle

Well, the footy world is certainly split over introducing extra time after Essendon and Collingwood were forced to share the points yesterday. Anzac Day. But Bomber Xavier Dersma has already cast his vote. It’s a no now you need his with more. The dust is settled but for players emotions are still raw. There was a bit deflating when you fight for 2 1/2 hours and at the end of the day it’s the same. It’s the same result as what it was at the start of the day. It’s led to calls for the AFL to introduce extra time for home and away games but Bombers Xavier Dersma isn’t buying in. I think it’s been a part of the game for for a long time. The draw and you know you, you take the two points sometimes and just move along. Sub rule has also been called into question after Essendon was forced to prematurely bench Harry Jones. I don’t know why we have a sale. I’ve got absolutely no idea. I mean, if we didn’t have a sub, we wouldn’t have to worry about rushing the doctors to try and get a concussion diagnosis. The match will go down as one of the great Anzac Day clashes. Elliott. What about that pronunciation day? Spectacular. Jamie Elliott? Mark was the highlight step ladder. Ben Mackay is still coming to terms with his unwanted fame, Twin brother Harry quick to stick in the boots and teammates joined in as the Dons defender went for scans. I’m not sure what Benny’s come in for, but hopefully he’s all good on the I’m sure it wasn’t his shoulder though. So yeah, pretty funny. But Dursma is also nursing a sore knee. A bit of a PCL stuff with it last year so just come and make sure it’s all good now by his defender Jeremy Howe is managing a shoulder nickel, but Collingwood has an 8 day break before facing Carlton.
