Eberechi Eze is an injury doubt for Crystal Palace’s Premier League clash against Fulham on Saturday.

The 25-year-old has been in sublime form for Palace, who have beaten Liverpool, West Ham and Newcastle United in their last three Premier League games.

But Eze could miss Palace’s trip to Craven Cottage this weekend due to a knee problem, which forced him off in the second half of the 2-0 win over Newcastle on Wednesday evening.

‘Ebere Eze is questionable for tomorrow, he has a problem with his knee,’ Crystal Palace manager Oliver Glasner said in his pre-match press conference on Friday.

‘We will decide tomorrow if it makes sense that he plays.

‘Everyone else is fit, there is no one new back but just this one [new issue]. It was a match injury, we didn’t really train for two days now we are just doing recovery.

‘He was knocked down so many times in the game so we will see.’

Meanwhile, Glasner confirmed that Michael Olise is fit to start against Fulham.

The 22-year-old, who has been hampered by hamstring injuries this season, scored and assisted in the 5-2 win against West Ham last weekend but played just 17 minutes in the win over Newcastle.

‘It was a decision we talked about before the Newcastle game,’ Glasner said.

‘He would have been fit to start before the Newcastle game but we spoke and decided together that it makes sense to give him fewer minutes against Newcastle and have him fit against Fulham.

‘Everything worked and the most important thing is that we got the three points.’
