Miris, Gaji Guru Agama Kristen di Jakarta Ada yang Hanya Rp 300 Ribu

jpnn.com, JAKARTA – Forum Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen Indonesia (Forgupaki) mengadu kepada DPRD DKI Jakarta tentang minimnya upah yang dinilai tidak layak, yakni hanya sekitar Rp 300-700 ribu setiap bulannya.

Ketua Umum Forgupaki Abraham Pellokila menjelaskan salah satu guru agama Kristen yang mendapat upah tidak layak kini mengajar di Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) Malaka Jaya 10, Duren Sawit, Jakarta Timur.

“Ada guru yang gajinya Rp 300 ribu perbulan dan masuk lima hari setiap minggu. Masuk kerja pukul 6:30 pulangnya 15.00 ini guru di SD Malaka Jaya 10. Ada juga yang gajinya Rp 500 ribu, ada juga yang Rp 700 ribu,” ungkap Abraham, dikutip Selasa (28/11).

Dia juga mengeluhkan sulitnya guru agama Kristen terdata dalam Data Pokok Pendidikan di Kementerian Pendidikan karena adanya kebijakan kepala sekolah yang dinilai tidak berniat menginput data.

“Kadang-kadang susahnya disitu. Ada guru yang sudah mengajar bertahun-tahun tidak dimasukan ke Dapodik,” kata dia.

Akibatnya, guru agama Kristen sulit menjadi pegawai dengan perjanjian kerja (PPPK) atau menjadi guru kontrak.

Dia pun berharap DPRD DKI dapat memperjuangkan kesejahteraan guru agama Kristen yang berstatus honorer.

“Kami berharap kedepan ini guru-guru honor ini (diperhatikan),” tuturnya.

Sementara itu, Sekretaris Komisi E DPRD DKI Jakarta Johnny Simanjuntak mengatakan evaluasi perlu dilakukan terhadap Disdik DKI maupun pihak sekolah.

“Kenapa masih ada guru yang gajinya Rp 300 ribu per bulan? Perlu ada standarisasi dari Disdik DKI Jakarta terkait upah bagi guru-guru honorer di setiap sekolah,” ujar Johnny.

Johnny mendorong Disdik DKI untuk mendata serta menyosialisasikan ulang cara dan syarat untuk mempermudah guru honorer masuk dalam data pokok pendidikan (dapodik).

“Hal-hal yang menjadi domain Dinas Pendidikan DKI Jakarta itu harus diselesaikan segera,” tambah anggota Fraksi PDI Perjuangan itu. (mcr4/jpnn)
